SMS Communications and Mobile Consent
ReputationMedics may send SMS/text messages only to individuals who have provided their mobile phone number and affirmatively opted in to receive text messages from us. SMS messages may include consultation follow-up, appointment reminders, service status updates, customer support communications, account notifications, and, only where separately authorized, marketing or promotional messages about ReputationMedics services.
How We Collect Mobile Numbers for SMS
We collect mobile phone numbers for SMS communications only when you voluntarily provide your number directly to ReputationMedics through our website, landing page, contact form, scheduling form, quote request form, checkout form, or another ReputationMedics-controlled online form. When SMS marketing or promotional messages are offered, the form includes a visible, optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox. You must manually check the box and submit the form to opt in.
We do not use purchased, rented, scraped, appended, harvested, or third-party lead lists for SMS messaging. A phone conversation, service inquiry, purchase, or account creation by itself does not enroll you in recurring marketing text messages. SMS marketing consent must be provided through an affirmative written opt-in, such as checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website or landing page.
SMS Consent Checkbox Language
Where a form collects SMS marketing consent, the checkbox will state substantially the following:
“By checking this box, I agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from ReputationMedics at the mobile number provided, including messages about reputation management services, consultation follow-up, service offers, and related promotions. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. View our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.”
The checkbox is not preselected. You may submit forms or purchase services without consenting to marketing text messages.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with ReputationMedics, the services you request, and your communication preferences.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and wireless plan.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message from ReputationMedics. After you opt out, we may send one final confirmation message confirming that your opt-out request has been processed. After that confirmation, no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent records will not be sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
All categories of information sharing described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary for service providers acting solely on our behalf to provide SMS delivery, platform operations, security, compliance, or customer support services for ReputationMedics. Those service providers are not permitted to use SMS opt-in data or consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure infrastructure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
